Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (Tally TDLs), once a customer has paid and the digital product is delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. Digital Goods

Our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. We do not issue refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our website.

2. Support and Compatibility

Please ensure that the product is compatible with your version of Tally (Prime or ERP 9) before purchasing. We provide technical support for our products, but incompatibility or lack of required features not explicitly stated on the product page does not qualify for a refund.
