1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you warrant that you are legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services.

2. Digital Products and Scope of License

Our Tally Definition Language (TDL) products are distributed as compiled digital files (.tcp). Upon purchase, HSP IT SOLUTIONS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to activate and utilize the product for the specified number of Tally serial numbers registered at checkout. Unauthorized reselling, copying, leasing, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the compiled files is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian copyright laws.

As our products are digital, no physical shipping takes place. Licenses, manuals, and .tcp files are delivered instantly into your Customer Dashboard upon payment verification. A transactional email and WhatsApp notification with the license keys and invoice PDF will also be dispatched within minutes of order completion.

5. Intellectual Property

All code files, design systems, text descriptions, graphics, videos, and icons published on Prime TDL Store are the exclusive intellectual property of HSP IT SOLUTIONS. Any unauthorized utilization of our assets violates Indian and International Intellectual Property regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

HSP IT SOLUTIONS makes every effort to ensure compatibility of TDL files with standard Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 releases. However, we are not liable for operational delays, database anomalies, or commercial interruptions resulting from third-party customizations or incorrect configurations.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of **Bengaluru, Karnataka, India**.
