Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Prime TDL Store (operated by HSP IT SOLUTIONS), we develop and license digital software solutions (Tally TDL add-ons). Because our entire product catalog consists of digital files, please review our shipping and delivery policy outlined below.

1. Physical Shipping

We do **not** ship any physical packages, CDs, DVDs, or hardware keys. No physical delivery is applicable to any products sold on this website. Therefore, there are no shipping fees or courier charges (Shipping is ₹0).

2. Digital Delivery Mode and Timeline

All purchases are processed and delivered digitally:

• Dashboard Access: Instantly after a successful transaction (payment validation), your compiled TDL files (.tcp) and PDF installation manuals are unlocked and made available for download in your Customer Dashboard.
• Email Dispatch: An automated confirmation email enclosing your unique license activation key(s) and a PDF copy of your tax invoice is sent to your registered email address within 2-5 minutes of checkout.
• WhatsApp Alert: An automated WhatsApp message is also dispatched containing your license keys and links to your files.

3. Delivery Delays or Technical Failures

If you do not see the download files in your dashboard or do not receive the activation details within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is still missing, please contact our support team at hspitsolutions@gmail.com or via phone at +91 93804 36918 with your transaction details. We will manually verify your payment and activate your downloads immediately.
